Backcountry hunting is demanding. Long approaches. Heavy packs. Cold mornings. Late nights. Gear failure isn’t an inconvenience... it’s a liability.
We were tired of equipment that felt:
- Overbuilt where it didn’t matter
- Underbuilt where it did
- Designed by people who don’t use it the way hunters do
- And frankly products from brands that don't give a crap about hunters and the hunting community but will gladly take our money
So we started SUMET and started designing our own backcountry stove system and gear... Made for hunters by hunters. And best of all, giving back to the hunting community and conservation.
Every SUMET product is created with one question in mind:
